As with all projects in the various sectors of the Construction and Built Environment four key elements are key in all projects regardless of the scale; cost, quality, time and health and safety.

For all projects to be commenced and completed to the intended standards outlined in the proposal, development finance needs to be obtained. It is crucial that this finance is sought by someone with the relevant understanding of the industry, to allow for timescales and actions to be achieved.

When working alongside development finance companies, I have the capacity and capability to undertake the following services, prior to you lending, and whilst projects are in progress on a monthly basis so funds can be drawn down;

• Building Cost Appraisal / Review
• Monthly Works Valuations to ascertain works completed by your client
• Monthly Works Valuation reports. They can be submitted then with release of funds.
